In July, London celebrated LGBT Pride. At Collingham Child & Family Centre we had our own miniature Pride festival to celebrate our diversity! Our young people did all kinds of activities including making beautiful banners of inclusive messages and face painting. We also ate rainbow-coloured fruit and an amazing cake. We are all different and we are all special.

Absolutely fantastic! …I was just about to send you a message asking you if these photos of the Pride work could be put up on the Sparks website after I’d seen on the cchs and then wow ….here they are! So Thanks Melissa and Martin and pupils who did them. A couple of those posters (photos of them as they’ll need to be smaller) would be ideal to include in the week by week book of micro actions we are going to produce so thanks for that . They’d be great to have around the summer section …July or near when Pride festivals happen. Hope that’ll be possible.
