Crafting can help reduce anxiety, improve mood, and increase happiness, all of which can help fight depression. After some months of online education it was good to do something together just for fun. These fridge magnets are made of colourful sponge paper sheets and a stripe of plastic magnet. These are Hungarian folk art motives. Cut, stick and ready!
